Job Description

Cheval Collection is excited to announce an opportunity for a Front Office Supervisor to join our dynamic and motivated team of hospitality professionals at Cheval Gloucester Park. As one of the most prestigious 5star luxury apartment residences in our awardwinning portfolio Cheval Gloucester Park offers an exceptional environment where you can thrive and grow in your career.

As a Front Office Supervisor you will assist the Assistant Front Office Manager by overseeing the daytoday operations of the front office team. Your responsibilities include managing directing and training colleagues to consistently meet professional standards and provide exceptional customer focus.You will conduct monthly departmental meetings and maintain open communication within the team especially in the absence of the Assistant Front Office Manager and Cluster Front Office Manager. You will also conduct show rounds for potential guests ensuring they receive a warm and informative welcome.

Additionally you will handle guest comments promptly and courteously coordinating with relevant departments like maintenance and housekeeping to ensure swift and efficient followup. Your proactive approach will ensure all aspects of the guest experience are exceptional.
