Role Overview:
As a Site Manager you will lead daily operations with a highly motivated team fostering opportunities for your teams success and growth while engaging with your community in meaningful ways. If youre looking for a highenergy role where your leadership drives real impact this is the place for you!
We offer a competitive salary starting at $65000 per year with the potential for higher compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Position Details:
- FullTime Exempt
- 10hour shift 5 days a week
- Weekend availability various shifts
- Oncall on off days
- Be present onsite
- Limited inoffice time 80 outside with team engagement)
What Youll Do:
- Lead & Manage: Oversee the daily operations manage staff and communicate effectively with other company leaders.
- Team Development: Lead coach and hold employees accountable for performance and development.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers and address their concerns ensuring a topnotch experience.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor wash quality perform basic equipment maintenance and ensure the site runs smoothly.
- Employee Training: Own and manage employee training scheduling and performance reviews.
- Safety First: Ensure safety protocols are in place and adhered to across the site.
- Administrative Support: Handle paperwork inventory and other siterelated documentation.
- Achieve Goals: Meet and exceed established performance revenue and profitability goals.
- Keep It Clean: Ensure excellent site appearance through regular checks and cleaning protocols.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 3 years of Managerial Experience or equivalent leadership roles.
- 2 Years of Customer Service Experience or equivalent demonstrated
- Strong Communication Skills to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Organizational Excellence and a focus on operational efficiency.
- Problem Solver: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions quickly.
- Customer Focused with a dedication to building lasting relationships.
- Positive Approachable Attitude that inspires others to do their best.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities.

Physical Requirements:
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Bend kneel crouch and perform repetitive motions.
