Description
We are seeking a Computer Scientist to to automate and streamline various processes supporting the design test and validation of complex electronic devices. Required experience with Visual Basic and Python desired experience with Matlab.
- Develop standalone tools in Matlab/Python to ingest millions of records and do computational analysis
- Automate creation of testing files via Python
- Assist with programming and automating hardware test lab equipment via Visual Basic
- Design code and debug apps in Visual Basic and Python
- Conduct software analysis and provide recommendations for optimization
Clearance
A current TopSecret/SCIwith polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Experience
Three 3 years of experience in software and firmware design development and test to include writing clear concise functioning and fully commented code and a Bachelors degree in a relevant field of expertise (e.g. Engineering Physical Science Computer Science or Systems Engineering) from an accredited college or university.A Masters degree in a relevant field of expertise may be substituted for two 2 years of experience.A current TopSecret/SCIwith polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Experience

- Customer requested 35 years experience open to qualified CS1 3 yrs) or CS2 5 years) candidates.
