sa.global is looking for a motivated driven and skilled Project Manager Dynamics 365 ERP to join our dynamic consulting team in India!

Roles and responsibilities
- Defining project objectives project scope roles & responsibilities.
- Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation both internal and third party.
- Outlining a budget based on deliverable requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones workstreams & activities.
- Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
- Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
- Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope schedule and / or budget.
- Identifying communicating and mitigating risks following appropriate escalation path when required.
- Leading the project team both internal and client to successful delivery.
- Ensuring the teams welfare providing motivation and mentorship by setting clear delivery expections for each team member.
- Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders ensuring the project is delivered per the contractual agreement.
- Client Management: Able to sense the client dynamics and find ways to navigate between client demands and the companys commercial needs.

Skill requirements
- Bachelors degree with experience of at least 12 years out of which 5 years experience should be in managing project team of 510 members
- Demonstrable experience as a project manager or similar
- Indepth understanding of prevailing project management methods Like Agile and/or Waterfall
- Forethought with the capacity to identify communicate and minimize risks.
- Ability to detect and capitalize on others strengths.
- Familiarity with tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance.
- Excellent business communication skills with effective presentation and demonstration skills
- Ability to work independently and guide junior team members and coordinate with them to deliver above and beyond commitments
- Should have a strong learning orientation with regards to new technologies and implementing them
- Should be a selfstarter and initiativetaker with the ability to work in an agile environment
- Cando attitude
- Strong understanding of the full Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
- Proven track record of successfully delivering D365 projects with experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple geographies
- Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills both written and oral
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to establish priorities work independently and as part of a global team
- Selfmotivated and driven to achieve professional success in a consulting environment
- Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
- Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure
- Places emphasis on client satisfaction
- Ability to build strong relationships across client and project teams
- Should have handled minimum of 45 Dynamics 365 F&O or CE End to end implementations and/or rollouts
- Should have good understanding of Microsoft SureStep Implementation methodology project lifecycle tasks and processes
Good to have:
- Experience with Microsoft F&O and CE applications
- Multicultural experience in particular to US and UK regions
- Recognized project management certification like PMP PRINCE2 or Agile
- Multitasking and capability in working on 2 or more projects in parallel
- Ability to solve complex problems with creative solutions
