About the Role: As a Country General Manager Germany at CHEP you will drive business success in a complex and fastmoving market. You will own the P&L optimize operations and lead strategic growth. This role offers a real impactexpanding market presence ensuring customer satisfaction and building an engaged workforce. We seek a leader who challenges the status quo disrupts traditional approaches and drives meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities may include:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share increase profitability and defend against competition in alignment with global objectives.
- Own and manage the P&L for the region ensuring financial performance targets are met and driving cost optimization initiatives.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key market stakeholders partners and customers to gain insights understand needs and enhance business offerings.
- Lead the transformation and innovation of business processes to improve operational efficiency customer satisfaction and competitive advantage.
- Foster a culture of customercentricity at all levels driving measurable improvements in customer service retention and satisfaction.
- Ensure legal compliance and adherence to group best practices and standards in all business operations and processes.
- Develop a sustainable talent pipeline ensuring the ongoing development of highperforming teams to deliver for customers and create an exceptional workplace for employees.
- Collaborate with global and other regional teams to align strategies and ensure consistent delivery of corporate objectives across the region.
Experience:
- Proven success in managing full P&L and delivering strong business results.
