Whats the opportunity
As a Senior Product Analyst you will play a critical role in driving datadriven decisions across the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Product Engineering Marketing and Sales to provide insights optimize performance and help shape the future of our products. Your analytical expertise will help guide the product vision enhance user experience and drive business outcomes.
What youll do:
- Develop a deep understanding of core products and technologies within HR tech space
- Product Performance Analysis: Monitor analyze and report on key product metrics to evaluate performance user engagement and retention.
- DataDriven Decision Making: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to product teams to drive product improvements and growth.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers Engineers and Designers to help prioritize and refine product initiatives based on data insights.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards for tracking realtime product performance and key metrics for stakeholders
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct market analysis and stay up to date with industry trends competitor products and best practices to inform product strategies.
- User Behaviour Insights: Deep dive into user behaviour to identify trends patterns and opportunities for feature development and optimization.
- Perform deepdive analyses to answer specific business questions or support product feature launches
What are we looking for
- 5 years of experience in product analytics data analysis or a similar role ideally within a startup or fastpaced environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL Python/R Advanced Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Looker Power BI Metabase)
- Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis is greatly appreciated
- Solid understanding of product metrics (e.g. engagement retention conversion) and experience with tools like Mixpanel Amplitude or Google Analytics.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience working in crossfunctional teams and collaborating with Product Managers Designers Engineers and Business Stakeholders.
- Critical thinker and problem solver with a passion for data and innovation.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. Data Science Statistics Economics Computer Science Business Analytics) from a toptier university is preferred
- Familiarity with product development cycles and agile methodologies & prior experience in a highgrowth startup environment with a passion for driving product innovation through data.
