Salary: Up to 52000 FullTime Hours
Are you an experienced and passionate leader in early childhood education Our client is seeking a Nursery Manager to inspire guide and elevate their nursery team to new heights. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on young lives by ensuring the highest standards of care and education in a vibrant and inclusive setting.
As Nursery Manager you will be at the helm of a thriving nursery dedicated to nurturing children aged three months to five years. With a focus on holistic development and an inclusive approach youll lead a talented team of educators oversee daily operations and create a welcoming environment where children families and staff can flourish.
Your Skills & Qualifications
- Level 3 in Early Years or Above: A strong foundation in early childhood education.
- Leadership Experience: Proven success in managing a nursery or similar early years setting.
- Expertise in Child Development: Deep understanding of best practices in early education.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to engage and inspire children families and staff.
