As a Senior Account Executive you will be supported by a team of accomplished big data AI/ML and industry specialists. Primer is building a worldclass sales culture for individuals who are selfmotivated customerfocused creative and passionate about AI and ML. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way on highvisibility highimpact projects in a fastgrowing segment of our business. This role will be leading our expansion into the financial services sector where you will be responsible for initiating and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders at top firms. Your goal is to drive these relationships through the sales pipeline closing deals that deliver significant value to our clients. And you will help shape our broader sales strategy and gotomarket approach as we expand into new sectors.

Role Responsibilities How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Identify and expand on assigned territory meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting qualifying managing and closing sales opportunities
  • Identify highvalue targets within the financial services industry and develop outreach strategies to initiate and grow relationships
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations highlighting the advantages features and functions of Primers platform technologies
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle while collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams including sales engineering professional services marketing and legal
  • Tailor your pitch and product demonstrations to address the unique needs of each client managing the sales cycle from introduction to close.
  • Be the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap to drive Primers solution
  • Execute ongoing account management working with current customers in order to drive consumption and expansion of business
  • Drive solutionbased selling manage a complex sales process and possess excellent presentation listening organization and contact management skills
  • Employ Methods for codeveloping business cases and gaining support from Clevel Executives

Relevant Skills and Experiences:

  • Excellent executivelevel verbal and written communication presentation and relationship management skills
  • 5 years of field sales experience in the SaaS space experience within data management analytics business intelligence preferred
  • A track record of success in selling software platform subscriptions into net new complex accounts demonstrated by overachievement of quota $1M of ARR) and strong customer references
  • Experience in financial services legal insurance or related industries
  • Previous experience at an earlystage venturebacked company (e.g. under 100 employees) is a bonus.
  • Demonstrated success in selling and delivering products in new or emerging markets.
  • Proven ability and comfort in negotiating and closing legal agreements with customers and supporting new customers through our onboarding process
  • Strong ecosystem of partners and channels to help expand Primers market
  • Ability to travel to client sites on a global basis as needed 50 travel)

The annual cash compensation range for this sales position is US $300000 to US $400000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.

Primer works closely with the U.S. defense and intelligence establishment.
