Summary of position
The Senior Program Account Manager reports to the Director of Client Success and leads an internal team to support client objectives and drive internal sales goals. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders ensuring program success and contributing to strategic initiatives. Additionally the Senior Program Account Manager will serve on the Emerging Leaders Council collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative strategies and initiatives
Responsibilities
Lead and Manage Internal Teams: Oversee a crossfunctional team including an Event Branding Specialist Merchandiser Inventory Buyer Account Manager and Junior Account Manager to achieve both client and internal sales objectives.
Strategic Planning & Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets expand the customer base and identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders ensuring exceptional service and professional communication.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to align strategies enhance market presence and drive sales performance.
Program Management: Oversee inventory goals customer forecasting and client profitability to ensure program success.
Leadership & Mentorship:
o Serve as a mentor in the BA Mentorship Program supporting both new and junior team members.
o Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.
o Train new hires on core systems and programs.
Strategic Initiative Development: Participate in the Emerging Leaders Council collaborating on new sales strategies and business initiatives.
Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients ensuring their needs are met and fostering longterm partnerships.
Requirements
Experience in a fastpaced business environment
College degree preferred
Promotional Products Industry experience required
Strong ability to thrive in a collaborative teamoriented environment with a customerfirst mindset
Positive attitude high energy and strong interpersonal skills
Exceptional communication organizational and project management skills
Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the job
Ability to learn and work in several ERP systems simultaneously
