Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced TGT Hindi teacher for the Podar Education Network located in Mangaluru. This is a fulltime midlevel position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The role demands a passion for teaching and a commitment to enhancing the learning experience for our students. The candidate will play a crucial part in delivering excellent education to maintain our high standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a B.Ed degree which is a mandatory requirement to apply for this position.
- An M.A in Hindi is essential to ensure indepth knowledge of the subject to engage students effectively.
- Certification as a Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) is a mandatory skill required for this role.
- Experience with content creation tools to develop engaging and comprehensive educational materials.
- Proficiency in digital classroom platforms to facilitate interactive and effective teaching methods.
- Familiarity with online communication tools to maintain seamless interaction with students and parents.
- Skilled in classroom management techniques to maintain a conducive learning environment for students.
- Experience working with elearning platforms to enhance the academic curriculum and resources.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Hindi lessons that cater to various learning styles and promote student interest and understanding.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods and stateoftheart educational technology to enhance student learning.
- Plan prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning.
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback to guide improvement and build competencies.
- Collaborate with school staff and communicate with parents to support overall student education and development.
- Maintain an organized and disciplined classroom environment that promotes respect support and learning.
- Engage in professional development and educational research to stay updated on new teaching methods and practices.
- Participate in extracurricular activities providing students with opportunities beyond the academic curriculum.
