Who we are:
We are an independent luxury Hospitality Private Household and Yachting Recruitment Agency located in Wiltshire. After a flying start to 2024 we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who is hungry for success to join our closeknit team of 5.
With an impressive portfolio of super exclusive clients from Michelin Starred restaurants and 5star hotels to UHNW families and superyachts we arent just an ordinary recruitment agency!
With over two decades of experiencethis a fantastic opportunity to work for adistinguished name in the world of elite staffing and receive invaluable onetoone mentoring from our experienced Recruitment Consultants.
Not to mention the great team culture where we go on lots of team days out including Michelin Star meals fun days out and our fully stocked drinks fridge!
Who you are:
We are open to what we are looking for the biggest thing for us is a culture fit.
Ideally you will have at least 6 months of Hospitality Recruitment experience or similar. We can offer brilliant training for someone who needs it or the tools to excel if you are a seasoned biller.
If you have recruitment experience and LOVE Hospitality then please apply. If you have no recruitment experience but have worked in luxury Hospitality then please apply.
If you have experience billing 100000 a year we would love to help you make that even higher.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Recruitment Consultant
- OTE (Depending on experience and billing history)
- Salary 22308 to 28000 (Depending on experience and billing history) Commission Quarterly & Christmas Bonus
- Uncapped Commission 10 to 20
