Employment Senior Associate
Location: Cardiff
Salary:per annum (DOE)
We are looking for a Senior Associate Employment Lawyer to join our clients Cardiff office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading national firm advising on a wide range of employment law matters for a diverse client base.
The Role
- Handle highvalue employment cases including tribunal claims and workplace investigations.
- Provide expert advice on TUPE restructuring redundancy and employee relations.
- Draft and negotiate employment contracts policies and settlement agreements.
- Build and develop strong client relationships contributing to business growth.
- Stay up to date with employment legislation ensuring clients remain compliant.
- Play a leadership role in mentoring junior lawyers.
About You
- 6 years PQE in employment law ideally from a City or national firm.
- Experience managing complex employment law matters.
- Strong technical and negotiation skills.
- A commercially minded solicitor with excellent client management skills.
