Sarasota FL Onsite FullTime MondayFriday 8:15am 5pm schedule
Were looking for a Verification Specialist to join our CGC CARDS division in our Sarasota FL Office to provide exceptional review verification and data base maintenance of customer submissions utilizing their knowledge of sports trading and/or nontrading cards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A VERIFICATION SPECIALIST:
- Verify & Validate collectible submissions ensuring all detailssuch as characters edition language and other key identifiersare accurately recorded.
- Enter & Maintain Data by inputting itemspecific details into proprietary systems with precision.
- Research & Identify collectibles using internal databases to confirm authenticity and origin escalating complex cases as needed.
- Resolve Discrepancies by collaborating with the Client Services team to address inconsistencies between customer submissions and received items.
- Ensure Quality & Accuracy in data entry while maintaining consistency across multiple platforms.
- Manage Time Effectively to meet production timelines while balancing speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate Across Departments to ensure a seamless verification process.
- Indepth knowledge of sports cards trading cards or nontrading cards.
- Experience with data entry and/or receiving (preferred but not required).
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong eye for accuracy in reviewing and verifying items.
- Proficiency in research to verify and confirm card details.
- Strong organizational & time management skills to efficiently process highvolume submissions.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
- Hourly rate of $18 MondayFriday 8:15am 5pm schedule
