Job Description
Our client is a fastgrowing company and the premier healthcare provider of innovative solutions for different organizations. Its products enable both risk planning and operational risk monitoring as well as platforms for variable medical purposes. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to support the software release process. The Project Manager (Release) will be responsible for coordinating crossfunctional teams and managing technical aspects of the release process.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in software development minimum 3 years of experience
- Strong technical skills and experience with continuous integration and delivery automation and testing tools and processes
- Assertive with the ability to take ownership of the job and to work autonomously
- Experience managing and coordinating crossteam dependencies
- Translate technical details into status summary for communication use
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Openminded team player
- Strong analytical and problem solvingskills attention to detail ability to think out of the box
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Translate technical details into status summary for communication use
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (Desirable)
- Experience in software release management preferably in a SaaS environment (Essential)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or similar certification preferred
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate the release process ensuring successful delivery of software products and features in partnership with the Release Manager
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams including development Test Engineering product management and customer support to plan and execute software releases
- Implement and manage technical aspects of the release process including continuous integration and delivery automation and testing
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and impediments to successful software release delivery
- Manage dependencies and coordinate crossteam communication to ensure successful software delivery
- Foster a culture of collaboration continuous improvement and innovation within the team and across the organisation
