Duties & Responsibilities
Job Description:
As the Scrum Master youll be the director of an ensemble cast of developers product owners and technical wizards. Your job To ensure the Agile script is followed flawlessly the squad delivers a standing ovationworthy performance and every sprint ends on a high note.
Skills & Experience:
2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile & DevOpsdriven environment
Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks sprint methodology and engineering practices
Masterful command of Jira Confluence and Agile reporting tools
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and the magic behind seamless releases
Exceptional communication and leadership skillsyou set the stage for success!
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
Certified Scrum Master
