Job Description
- Maintain network infrastructure including Data Center HQCampus Branch Campus Wireless (WLAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
- Troubleshoot WAN and WiFi hardware software and circuit connectivity problems coordinate resolution with internal technical resources and vendors.
- Maintain documentation of Wide Area Network and WiFi equipment such as routers switches and wireless access points on an ongoing basis; include documentation updates as an integral part of every project.
- Coordinate multiple vendor efforts in conjunction with project plans. Obtain and process hardware and service quotes from vendors to be used in project proposals.
- Provide escalation support for Technical Support for problems.
- Resolve escalated issues or provide guidance to assist Technical Support staff in problem resolution.
- Monitor capacity and performance of all segments of the network including Data Center Campus Wireless Voice and Wide Area Networks.
- Maintain equipment inventory

Certifications:
- Network Router/Switch
