• Ensure quality and consistencyin project resource allocation and technical solutions.

• 5 years of experiencein professional services client success or a related field with a strong track record of leadership.
• Proven people management experience leading teams that deliver highvalue technical and strategic services.
• Exceptional client management skills with the ability to build trust manage escalations and drive longterm success.
• Deep operational expertise with a track record of improving processes and increasing efficiency at scale.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of revenue impact team productivity and crossfunctional collaboration.
• Experience withmarketing technology integrations and technical project managementis a plus.
• Familiarity withJira ticketing systems and workflow automationis a bonus.

The base salary range for this role is $105000 to $125000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set depth of experience applicable certifications and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
