Join us as an EndofLife Care Senior Nurse and play a key role in managing our team and delivering highquality patient care. You will shape a positive working environment and foster professional growth within your team.
Working closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager you will oversee Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants ensuring patientcentred care that aligns with clinical priorities. Your palliative care expertise will help manage a defined caseload and encourage a proactive approach to identifying patients nearing the end of life ensuring timely transfers to their preferred place of care.
This role is both challenging and fulfilling offering the opportunity to influence the care experience of patients and their families during critical times. We value the wellbeing of our staff and provide a supportive environment that promotes personal and professional growth.
