WorkOS builds tools and services for developers to help them implement authentication identity authorization and overall enterprise readiness. Our fastgrowing customer base includes hundreds of rapidly growing SaaS companies like Webflow Vercel Plaid Loom and Drata.
About the role
Were looking for a Demand Generation Expert to join our growing Marketing team at WorkOS. In this role youll design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing and demand generation strategy across digital channels to boost signups drive product engagement and help grow revenue. Youll be a key player in scaling our ProductLed Growth (PLG) strategy working closely with product sales and marketing teams to drive the business forward.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute demand generation and digital marketing strategies across various channels (paid media email SEO social)
- Manage and optimize channels like but not limited to Google ads and LinkedIn to drive pipeline
- Oversee topoffunnel lead generation nurture campaigns and conversion (landing pages email drips SDR outreach)
- Identify new audiences and sponsorship opportunities (newsletters podcasts etc. to promote new WorkOS launches and events
- Use data analytics to track and report on campaign performance (lead volume conversion rates CAC ROI)
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS demand generation and digital marketing
- Experience executing marketing campaigns that software engineering teams
- Have built monitored and optimized successful Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Experience owning marketing automation and CRM systems (Hubspot Salesforce)
- Experience collaborating with sales teams on inbound and outbound strategies.
- Successful track record of scaling campaigns across paid organic and earned channels.
- Experience in a PLG model driving product adoption and usage.
- Strong datadriven approach to shaping programs campaigns and budget allocation.
The annual US base salary falls within the range of $140000 to $165000. This range does not encompass the full spectrum of benefits such as equity health insurance vacation time and paid parental leave. The final compensation will be determined considering various factors including experience skills and qualifications.
