Overview
The Maintenance & Operations Technician is responsible for completion and documentation of maintenance and repairs of grounds and facilities as assigned via the work order management system. The Maintenance and Operations Technician is assigned a specific building or area of responsibilityand performs any work or project assigned by the supervisor or manager.
This position is located at 14002 E. 21st. St. Tulsa OK 74134. Working hours will be Monday through Friday with an 8 hour set schedule work day.

Responsibilities
- Day to day completion of called in work orders preventive maintenance work orders and projectsas assigned
- Perform maintenance and repairs in the areas of but not limited to light plumbing carpentry painting electrical work furniture moves grounds keeping snow removal and salt distribution
- Ensure that all repairs and preventive maintenance are completed accordingto work order specifications
- Maintain the work area in a safe and clean condition and comply with all safety standards
- Seek to improve job performance through selfassessment skill development training and goal setting
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous jobrelated duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have at least 2 years of minor plumbing electrical carpentry grounds keeping and custodial experience
- Apart from religious observations must be able to work MondayFriday 40 hours/ work week
- Must be willing to accept starting pay of $21.63/hour.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must currently be living in Tulsa or surrounding area
- Must be able to lift up to 80lbs
- Must be availablefor scheduled on call work including weekends
