Role Context:
Were looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Wind Power team in Spain led from our Madrid office.
As a Senior Consultant specializing in Offshore Wind you will be involved in the of several of the following technical activities aligned to your track record and skills.
Youll be:
- Delivery of advisory consultancy and early development services including feasibility and conceptual studies
- Developing and optimizing the layout development for offshore wind farms using industry and inhouse software and digital tools
- Yield Assessments and design optimization of offshore wind farms
- Supporting our clients in the early stages of project development; developing robust business cases for projects supporting applications for licenses evaluating technologies
- Design review and assessment of offshore wind farms to ensure that the engineering developed by the supply chain meets the project requirements
Youll have:
- Experience in offshore wind energy consulting advisory and/or early phase project development work
- Experience in delivering study work and contributing to high quality proposals
- Practical consulting/delivery experience
- Excellent communication skills including ability to produce concise reports and presentations appropriate for sharing with all levels
- Confidence to work at all levels of a client organization
- The desire to play a key role in a growing business
- A relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in a suitably applicable field (engineering renewable energy or similar)
- Technical / handson profile with good communication
- Experience using industry software e.g. WAsP Wind Farmer windPRO.
- English language is a requirement (written and spoken)
- Existing industry connections are desirable
- Due diligence experience is desirable
