Job Description
Lead as a Maintenance Foreman in the food manufacturing industry! Drive reliability and efficiency in a fastpaced Limpopobased plant.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Foreman you will plan schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs on electrical mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and automation systems. Youll lead and monitor a skilled team ensuring quality work and timely service. Responsibilities include staff training safety compliance asset inspections recordkeeping contractor coordination and technical support. Youll also report incidents and drive continuous improvement in reliability.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum requirement: Mechanical Engineering Degree and/or Diploma.
- Trade Tested: Fitter Millwright or Mechanical.
- Minimum of 5 years in a Supervisory/Foreman role and at least 5 years as an Artisan/Technician.
