Job Description

Berglund Automotive is a wellestablished and reputable automotive group with 10 locations representing 20 different automotive brands throughout Southwest and Central Virginia. Dedicated to providing exceptional vehicles and service to our valued customers we are looking for talented leaders to join our expanding dealership network to contribute to our continued success.

Job Summary:

As an Automotive Sales Manager at Berglund Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram you will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of our sales department driving sales performance and leading a team of motivated sales professionals. Your primary objective is to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead motivate and manage a team of sales professionals providing guidance and coaching to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build rapport and relationships with customers to enhance customer experience and business growth.
  • Set sales goals objectives and targets for the sales team and monitor their progress.
  • Assist in closing deals.
  • Utilize CRM for tracking and following up on all sales leads.
  • Manage showroom online and phone traffic.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as finance and service to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and teamwork.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve any issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an automotive sales manager.
  • Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Indepth knowledge of automotive industry trends and products.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • High level of customer service and problemsolving skills.
  • High School Diploma GED or equivalent is required.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license.
