About Us:
Bidgerdii Community Health Service is an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community controlled primary health care service operating in the Rockhampton and Central Queensland region for close to 30 years. The organisation is a bulk billing communitycontrolled health service managed by a Board of Directors who oversee and manage the strategic directions of the service.
Bidgerdii provides comprehensive primary health and wellbeing services to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community in the Rockhampton and surrounding regions. Bidgerdii collaborates with health and wellbeing partner agencies to enable integrated continuity of care for the community and continue to work to contribute to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health policy and program reform in Queensland.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detailoriented Senior Medical Receptionist to join our team!
This position is located within the High Street Clinic and forms part of the Medical Reception and Administration team/s. The Senior Medical Receptionist is responsible for the daytoday supervision of the Reception and Transport Team ensuring they are carried out in accordance with agreed procedures protocols and timeschedules.
The Senior Medical Receptionist will provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and high level of customer service to clients and other visitors either in person or via the telephone.
In addition the incumbent will facilitate effective communication between clients members of the primary health care team secondary care and other associated healthcare agencies as well as undertaking a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice.
