Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)
Opportunities in: Erie Firestone Fredrick Dacono and surrounding areas
Compensation: $75150 per visit PLUStravel and mileage compensation
Status: Part Time (minimum expectation of five 5 visits per week.

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist heres a bigpicture view of what youll do:
- Provide occupational therapy to patients unable to perform daily tasks due to an illness or injury
- Work as part of a home health team which may include an RN LPN CNA HHA PT and SLP focused on the patients plan of care and personal goals
- Assess patient observe deficits establish therapy goals and document progress
- Assist patient with exercises to improve fine motor skills and coordination
- Suggest adaptive equipment such as grab bars and shower chairs to offer added support
- Assess fall risks and introduce strategies to improve home safety
- Educate patient and family on plan of care exercises goals and selfcare
A few musthaves for Home Health Occupational Therapists:
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Colorado
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification(demonstration course required)
- One year of OT experience Home health care preferred.
- Meets the requirements of federal and/or state criminal and abuse background checks where applicable.
- Pass a background check and drug test (we are required to test for THC)
- No Covid Vaccination Required
