Job Description:
Role:Team Leader (Individual Contributor to begin with) BMS Software Developer
Experience & CTC:4 to 6year experience. CTC 6 to 8 Lakh PA
Reporting to:Fixedline to R&D Head and on a dotted line to the CEO
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing clean efficient code based on specifications
- Testing and deploying programs and systems for BMS
- Fixing and improving existing software
- Verify and deploy programs and systems
- Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing software
- Gather and evaluate user feedback
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
Functional Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Software DeveloperSoftware Engineer orsimilar role
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with software design and development in a testdriven environment
- Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C Java JavaScript) and frameworks/systems
- Experience with databases and ObjectRelational Mapping (ORM) frameworks
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude

Educational Qualifications:BE/B.Tech / ME/MTech/MS
