As an Industry Project Officer at Melbourne Professional Education youll play a crucial role in coordinating academic technical and administrative aspects of industry projects. Youll have the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders manage educational delivery activities and contribute to highquality outcomes for industry and government partners. This role offers you the chance to develop your project management skills in a dynamic educational environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate Educational Projects: Manage industry and government partner projects from scoping to evaluation ensuring highquality outcomes.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients academics and key University stakeholders.
- Contribute to Process Improvement: Enhance project coordination efficiency and implement effective communication strategies.
- Support Academic Delivery: Provide scheduling advice and practical support to academic and professional staff throughout program approval and delivery.

You are a detailoriented professional with strong project coordination skills excellent interpersonal abilities and a commitment to delivering highquality educational outcomes in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
You may also:
- Have a degree with relevant experience in project coordination or educational development.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Be adaptable and able to work in a flexible changing environment.
- Have experience in problemsolving and delivering creative solutions.
- Be proficient in using standard application software particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
