Position Summary
Are you a motivated outbound sales professional who thrives in a fastpaced targetdriven environment Do you have a passion for identifying opportunities and closing deals If so MedPro Disposal is looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team onsite in Naperville IL.

In this role youll be responsible for prospecting new business making outbound calls nurturing leads and driving revenue by closing sales. Were seeking individuals with a hunter mentality strong communication skills and the drive to exceed goals.

What Youll Do:

  • Identify and target prospective customers through online research cold calling networking and outbound campaigns
  • Conduct highvolume outbound calls to qualify leads and present MedPros value proposition
  • Develop strong client relationships and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Deliver compelling product demos and tailored sales presentations
  • Actively manage and follow up on all sales leads via phone email and CRM tools (Velocify Outreach Salesforce/HubSpot)
  • Close new business by understanding client needs and offering custom solutions
  • Upsell and crosssell ancillary services to existing accounts
  • Stay current on industry trends market intelligence and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support a smooth sales cycle and customer onboarding

What Were Looking For:

  • 2 years of successful B2B sales experience preferably in outbound or inside sales roles
  • Demonstrated success consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience selling to multilocation accounts or in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication presentation and negotiation skills
  • Hunter mentality with the ability to selfgenerate business and stay organized in a highvolume environment
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce HubSpot) Microsoft Office and outreach tools like Velocify or Outreach
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred but not required
