About the team

The team at Bridge is dedicated to redefining the way payments are integrated and experienced in the rapidly evolving financial landscape. Were looking for a driven and resultsoriented fullstack B2B marketer with proven experience in building demand with enterprises and other companies to join us on our mission to simplify global money movement through stablecoins. As Bridges first marketing hire you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the global marketing strategy focusing on raising awareness of Bridges stablecoinbased solutions and driving demand among both prospects and existing users. Additionally youll serve as the liaison between the Bridge marketing team and Stripes brand and demand marketing teams ensuring that we leverage Stripes global reach to maximize the adoption of Bridges innovative solutions. What youll do

Marketing Strategy:Build and execute a marketing strategy in partnership with Bridge product product marketing and sales leadership. Partner with Bridge product product marketing and GTM leadership to better understand the market user needs and priority products and messaging and then build plans to bring those products to market.

Brand Management:Work closely with Bridge and Stripe leadership to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging around Bridge across all platforms.

Demand Generation:Define and execute full funnel regional marketing plans including digital marketing demand generation campaigns sales prospecting programs virtual and inperson field events and third party tradeshows and conferences. Partner with product marketing and comms to develop highquality content including blog posts whitepapers and other collateral that supports these initiatives.

Grow Reach via Stripe:Engage with Stripe demand marketing leadership to build Bridge into Stripe campaigns events and marketing programs to maximize understanding of Bridges value proposition among Stripes prospects and existing user base. Partner with Stripes marketing and SDR teams to ensure efficient demand capture and effective demand handoff to Sales.

Build the Marketing System:Partner with systems teams to identify and install the rightsized Marketing automation systems and tech stack. Optimize for immediate marketing needs while also planning for the long term. Work with the Stripe Marketing Systems team to identify what existing Stripe systems can be leveraged.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:Track measure and communicate program results continually optimize for efficiency and scale and seek to generate new global best practices through experimental efforts

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively promote Bridges product offerings ensuring alignment with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Work closely with product engineering sales and design teams to facilitate product development and align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analyze user feedback to identify trends inform product positioning and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Develop compelling marketing materials including digital content presentations and case studies to effectively communicate product features and benefits to various stakeholders and customers.
  • Establish performance metrics for marketing campaigns track results and leverage insights to optimize future strategies and ensure maximum impact on user acquisition and retention.

Minimum requirements

  • 8 years of relevant B2B marketing experience developing and executing B2B technology marketing strategies including managing the business to a demand funnel across multiple countries customer segments and products.
  • Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns that build brand awareness educate prospects and users and drive demand.
    Strong understanding of enterprise demand best practices including digital marketing demand generation campaigns sales prospecting programs virtual and inperson field events and thirdparty tradeshows and conferences.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and a datadriven mindset for decisionmaking.
  • Strong crossfunctional relationship builder at all levels of an organization.

Preferred requirements

  • Ability to be agile and thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Actionoriented and comfortable moving forward without clear guidelines or instructions.
  • Team management experience is preferred but not required. This role will start as an individual contributor but the ideal candidate should have the potential to build a team over time.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
