Job Description

Position Summary

As an Associate Customer Onboarding Manager you will be leading implementation projects with customers of Tipaltis rapidly growing SaaS based Accounts Payable automation solution and global payments solution. You need to be wellorganized have technical understanding of SaaS systems and payment systems open and willing to communicate with customers. The ideal candidate is selfmotivated proactive in understanding customer needs and experienced in moving customers through the implementation phases of complex SaaS systems.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Lead the implementation of Tipaltis rapidly growing cloudbased accounts payable automation solution ensuring a seamless experience for our customers
  • Deliver exceptional service becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for each customer throughout their journey with Tipalti.
  • Guide customers through the technical integration process providing expert problemsolving assistance
  • Oversee project timelines tasks and development efforts keeping customers on track and exceeding expectations
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base capturing lessons learned and empowering colleagues

About you

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of implementation project management consulting or customer success experience with SaaS applications.
  • Excellent project management communication and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven startup environment.
  • Passionate about customer service and proactively identifying solutions

Bonus points if you have:

  • Ability to read debug and understand web applications (HTML CSS Javascript API calls etc.
  • Handson experience implementing and/or integrating with ERP applications such as NetSuite QuickBooks Intacct etc.
  • Accounts Payable and Procurement knowledge

Anticipated base pay rate for this position : $77000 $86000 CAD per annum
