Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree Qualification in Human Resources or any related field required.
- A minimum of 5 years of human resources experience preferred.
- Experience managing human resources function within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
- Build effective relationships with management and staff.
- Manage and coordinate the disciplinary and grievance process
- Ensure adherence to Labour Relations Legislation
- CCMA representation
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing applicants to onboarding and induction.
- Promote employment equity through equitable recruitment processes.
- Manage Employment Equity and report as per legislation.
- Performance management and job descriptions
- Skills development facilitation manage training and development. Ensure that a workplace skills planand annual training report is submitted timeously tothe MERSETA for mandatory and discretionary grant funding
- Implement HR initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Develop HR company policies
