Partnership with People Pillars each department 9 has a People Pillar individual who has a full time department job but is also an extension of People being a voice on the ground and be the first line of communication
Location and Work Environment
Preferred locations: Lincoln Omaha or Wahoo Nebraska
Onsite with flexibility (core hours 812 on Fridays)
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $230000 $260000 annually
Bonus potential: 20 estimated
Possibility of purchasing company stock after a couple of years
