Job Description
Chef
$27.17 p.h. base rate as a permanent parttime employee
- PartTime role
- Get to know the local residents and their likes/dislikes

THE POSITION
- Prepare cook and serve meals in line with procedures
- Apply catering control principles; food safety waste minimisation and cleaning
- Responsible for maintaining food safety documents
- Slightly modify recipes to meet customers needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt remove dairy)
- Monday shift and Friday shift each week with the option to pick up extra shifts
THE PERSON
- Knowledge of food hygiene & workplace health & safety protocols
- Excellent time management organisational communication skills
- Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or another Chef qualification)
- Police Check holder (or be willing to obtain a police check)
