This position is a PRN position in our imaging department.

SUMMARY: The Radiology Technologist is responsible to perform all radiographic procedures in an accurate precise timely and professional manner. The technologist must perform the duties following the policies and procedures of Moore County Hospital District and the Radiology Department. The technologist must maintain good communications with Radiologist Radiology Director and all other hospital staff. The technologist must provide direct and indirect care to patients of all ages: including infant through geriatric patients.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Certificate from Radiology Technologist Program.

EXPERIENCE : Six months of imaging procedures such as: CT radiography and CArm preferred

LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION: ARRT (R) and (CT) or must be eligible for (CT) registry within 6 months of employment TEXAS STATE LICENSE and current CPR

OTHER: Knowledge of accreditation process Personal computer skills

Excellent technical communication organizational and planning skills
