Expectation:
- Candidates should have handson coding experience and be able to demonstrate their ability to learn quickly and document their research effectively.
- Look for candidates who have done research based on documentation from opensource communities or have experience sharing their knowledge with proper documentation and communication with other teams.
- Candidates who can share experiences of conducting POCs and documenting them effectively are preferred. Extensive handson coding experience is necessary.
- Skill Set and Expertise:
- Focus Areas: .NET Azure SQL and system design.
- Strong emphasis on coding skills and the ability to design and organize code efficiently.
- Proficiency in managing interfaces and understanding code organization at a class level.
