Our teams have recognized the unsolved problems which range from managing the geospatial visual experience for transporters the addition or modification of roads parsing unstructured address and other optimization obstacles. The key output metrics within this role include location and coverage accuracy of our road network for routing and users predictive accuracy of offline systems and the operational impact of delivery success and gaps between the above mentioned metrics.

You will lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts coordinating across multiple teams to develop optimal solutions. You will be expected to create a roadmap align with business partners on prioritization propose appropriate tradeoffs clearly communicate goals roles responsibilities and desired outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
Responsible for the overall systems development life cycle of key product subsystems
Management and against project plans and delivery commitments
Manage the daytoday activities of the engineering team within an Agile/Scrum environment
Management of departmental resources staffing mentoring and enhancing and maintaining a bestofclass engineering team
Work closely with the engineers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach
Report on status of development quality operations and system performance to management
7 years of engineering experience
3 years of engineering team management experience
Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing certification and livesite operations
Experience partnering with product or program management teams
Experience in communicating with users other technical teams and senior leadership to collect requirements describe software product features technical designs and product strategy
Experience in recruiting hiring mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills and make them more effective product software engineers
Experience designing or architecting (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
Ability to drive consensus within a team and influence outcomes in significant technical decisionmaking
