Deputy Home Manager (Residential/Rehabilitation)
37.5 hours per week (Predominately MondayFriday hours)
Salary: up to 37000
We are looking for Deputy Home Manager with expertise in residential care to join our clients team. As a Deputy Home Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of highquality service in compliance with statutory requirements. The service provides neurological nursing care and support to adults after a brain injury or long term neurological care.
What Were Looking For
- level 3 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification in Social Care/Health
- Proven experience in leadership & management roles
- Indepth knowledge of what constitutes a highquality specific service and experience in residential rehabilitation
- Familiarity with statutory requirements and regulations including the Care Quality Commission regulations

Responsibilities
- Overseeing and guiding junior staff through formal supervisions and appraisals to maintain and improve the quality of service and staff morale
- Prioritising workload to meet specified deadlines and ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission regulations and outcomes
- Demonstrating initiative critical thinking skills and flexibility to address any challenges that may arise
- OnCall rota
- Assisting the service manager in monitoring budgets
- Support the Service Manager with recruitment
