Heres What You Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
Six months of Healthcare experience in a clinical setting or Customer Service experience in a clinical setting or office environment (PREFERRED)
What You Will Do:
Perform a variety of general administrative support duties associated with the patient intake process and perform routine duties within the clinic
Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
Schedule appointments according to office guidelines
Obtain accurate patient and insurance information collect copays and deductible amounts
Prepare charts for patients appointments making sure all necessary information is complete
