The pay grade for this post is Juno Scale PointFullTime Equivalent. You will receive a pro rata payment in line with your contracted hours of work which are 30 hours per week of 25348.38 per annum.
Ready to lead a team making a real difference We are seeking a dedicated Team Manager for our Helpline services. You will lead a team providing vital support to women and children experiencing domestic abuse ensuring compliance with standards and contracts. Your role involves developing staff analysing data and contributing to service improvement. Youll ensure topquality service develop your team and help improve our vital support.

About us
Juno Womens Aid is the largest domestic abuse organisation in Nottingham and one of the largest in the UK. We work with women children and teens who have been affected by domestic abuse inAshfield Broxtowe Gedling Nottingham City and Rushcliffe.
We run a wide range of services including the 24hour Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Freephone Domestic and Sexual Violence Helpline. This is where you can speak to one of our specialist trained female support workers 365 days a year.
In we worked with 2095 women 360 children and young people fostered 49 pets and received over 17320 calls on our Helpline.
At any one time were supporting 500600 women and children in Nottingham and South Nottinghamshire.
Weve been helping women children and teens in Nottingham for over 40 years and were passionate about helping anyone affected by domestic abuse to stay as safe as possible and to recover from the harm of domestic abuse.
In the next 5 years we will have established a vast network of supporters to help us raise awareness and move our community standards of acceptance to reach tolerance zero towards domestic abuse.
In June 2019 we changed our name from Womens Aid Integrated Services (WAIS) to Juno Womens Aid (Juno) to differentiate ourselves from the other Womens Aid organisations in the area. Juno is a Roman goddess protector of women and children.
