Who You Are
Under direct supervision assigned daily work. May explain instructions and documentation to plan work activities. Helps coordinate movement of materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work site. Completes and reviews records maintains tools and equipment and performs various clean up activities. Job may require moderate to heavy lifting. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures including wearing required personal safety equipment.
This is a contingent position based on contract award
What Youll Do
As a HVAC Technician you will:
Install inspect maintain and repair HVAC systems.
Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
Other duties as required
Qualifications:
Certification or associate degree in HVAC services.
5 years of proven experience as an HVAC technician.
Indepth knowledge of HVAC systems and operations.
Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure highquality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions technologies and requirements.
DecisionMaking Ability: Strong decisionmaking skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
Clearance: Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required. Willingness to take a polygraph and upgrade clearance as required.
Basic Compensation:
$37.82/hr $56.67/hr
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge skills abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses commissions or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus relocation benefits short term incentives long term incentives or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
