Position Purpose and Objectives
The Documentation Specialist is responsible for collaborating with various departments and external partners to draft and publish effective procedures forms and reference materials. This includes accurately capturing processes controls policy alignment and regulatory requirements while identifying process gaps and proposing alternatives to enhance operational efficiency. The primary role of the Documentation Specialist is to create and implement standardized organizational procedures and guidelines catalog and manage documents for easy access write and edit clear procedures and guidelines consult on process improvement projects and ensure all documentation is accurate uptodate and userfriendly.

Specific knowledge skills and abilities required for this position:
Education:
Two year college degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
35 years of experience in documentation control or procedure writing.
Prior experience in a financial institution preferred.
