Are you a skilled and dedicated professional with experience in management We are looking for a capable LineX Service and Automotive Accessories Manager to oversee and optimize our LineX bedliner sales and service as well as Automotive accessories and installations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful and growing business in the auto industry. Gilbert Outdoors is a thirdgeneration family business founded in 1924 by H. Gilbert Culbreth Sr. We are a onestop shop for all your lawn maintenance outdoor recreational LineX and truck accessory needs. Were an authorized dealer for LineX spray in bedliners and LineX Accessories in addition to Ranch Hand Weathertech and many other brand auto accessories.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the LineX and Auto Accessories department to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of parts and supplies including ordering receiving and tracking stock levels.
- Process and prioritize service tickets coordinating schedules to maximize technician productivity and minimize downtime.
- Provide handson support to technicians by assisting with troubleshooting and ensuring installations are completed to high standards.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Train mentor and evaluate service technicians to promote skill development and ensure consistent performance.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction in the LineX and Auto Accessories departments.
- Maintain detailed records of service tickets inventory levels and departmental performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends product updates and best practices to ensure the team remains knowledgeable and competitive.
- Collaborate with other departments and franchise stores to ensure alignment on operations and customer service standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all service and parts operations.
- Assist with other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED
- Proven supervisory experience preferred ideally in an automotive oriented role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Basic knowledge of trucks and accessories.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Exceptional customer service and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience managing parts inventory and service schedules.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
