Job Description

Position Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Senior Compensation professional to assist with evolving our compensation programs processes and framework to support a global $6.2B organization. This position will be based in Milwaukee WI..

Reporting to the Sr. Manager Global Compensation the Senior Compensation Analyst will serve as a key member of the Global Rewards team and support our Human Resource function across the organization. This is a handson role responsible for building out and evolving our compensation plans programs and processes to align to the competitive market support the growth of Regal Rexnord and ensure compliance with all local regulations. This role will work closely with the HR Leadership team to help drive align and implement our global compensation framework and position Regal Rexnord as an employer of choice. Successful candidate has a desire to advance their professional development while contributing meaningful results to the Rewards function aligned with the longterm strategy of Regal Rexnord.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in evolving and leading Regal Rexnords global compensation (short term and long term) strategy processes and programs.
  • Collaborate and partner with HR colleagues to understand their challenges related to compensation programs; and key issues in attracting motivating and retaining high quality diverse talent.
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement and deliver results aligned with enterprise and HR strategy including policy deployment initiatives.
  • Serves as subjectmatter expert on global compensation related projects and provides support to HR colleagues on compensation philosophy policies programs and processes.
  • Drives the analysis of salary survey data evaluates market trends and makes recommendations regarding organizational salary adjustments merit budgets structure adjustments (including geographic structures).
  • Provide support on Regal Rexnords annual global compensation reviews including merit bonus and equity planning within Workday in partnership with HR team members.
  • Partner with HR colleagues and internal clients to understand business needs job requirements and organizational design to evaluate jobs.
  • Conducts job evaluations and analysis globally to determine appropriate benchmarks and determining competitive positioning.
  • Manage equity program which includes annual award vestings dividend reporting and assisting in Form 4 filings.
  • Ensure ongoing audits for internal compliance governance ensuring adherence to country local and federal statutes and laws.
  • Identify and recommend improvements and efficiencies around global compensation processes and programs.
  • Ensure compensation programs and job classifications comply with applicable wage and hour laws.
  • Provide effective problem solving and communication with all internal and external customers to ensure requests are handled efficiently.
  • Supports executive compensation projects as needed.

Professional Experience/ Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required in Finance Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • 57 years of global Compensation experience; preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred experience with Workday and Fidelity highly preferred.
  • Very strong analytical and problemsolving skills (Pivot tables xlookup formulas graphing and analytics).
  • Demonstrated track record for holding vendors to the highest performance standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to establish trust credibility and rapport at all levels of the organization; seen as humble direct and authentic while possessing executive presence.
  • Proven ability to be hands on roll up sleeves and demonstrate resourcefulness initiative resultsorientation. Has a mindset of continuous improvement and can embrace Regals 80/20 principles.
  • Familiarity with compensation frameworks salary benchmarking tools (e.g. Mercer Aon) and job evaluation methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong partnerships.
  • Ability to travel up to 10 domestically.
