Job Description
Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Ladies Lounge Server for the beautiful Barton Creek Country Club!

The Club Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness organization and functionality of the member clubhouse locker room while delivering exceptional customer service. This role ensures that all members needs are met promptly and professionally enhancing their overall experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of hospitality to members and guests addressing every opportunity to serve in a timely and professional manner.
- Greet members warmly upon arrival ensuring their needs are attended to throughout their stay.
- Provide food and beverage services as needed within the locker room.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the locker room including vacuuming dusting sweeping and deepcleaning bathrooms and showers.
- Monitor and replenish locker room amenities and supplies to ensure they are always fully stocked.
- Dispose of trash and ensure all facilities are kept in pristine condition.
- Clean polish respike and maintain members and guests shoes as requested.
- Organize and manage the shoe storage area efficiently.
- Track personal locker usage assign lockers as needed and charge members accounts accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure member requests are handled discreetly.
- Perform opening and closing duties for the locker room ensuring all tasks are completed to standard.
- Ensure proper use and storage of hazardous cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety protocols.
- Attend departmental meetings and complete all required company training.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/move objects as necessary.
- Willingness to follow all uniform and appearance standards consistently.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Uphold the clubs values and ensure the locker room environment reflects the highest standards of luxury and service.
