Salary: $20 $23/hr DOE
Essential duty is to support daily activities for all Aerospace departments
Fatigue data input: Analyze LCF data Lims data entry and frame input
Fatigue growth measurements perform and develop improved process
Run machining and testing equipment
Project management/coordination
Client communication
Review and update current processes and equipment
Develop new testing methods
Excel template validation/creation
Develop and maintain training manuals and TPM information
Performing general duties in accordance with Elements internal procedures quality as well as Health and Safety system
Enrolled in Aerospace Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial and Systems Engineering or Materials Engineering college courses

Sound mechanical bias
Selfmotivated with the ability to multitask organize and work under the pressure of a busy commercial mechanical test laboratory
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A team player attitude
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
