Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Cost Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing cost accounting and financial analysis support ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:
Financial Analys
- Cost Accounting:
- Analyze and interpret cost data and prepare detailed cost reports.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to manage and control costs.
- Monitor and report on manufacturing costs identifying variances and trends.
- Maintain and update cost accounting systems ensuring accurate cost allocation.
- Financial Analysis:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Follows company Quality and Environmental Management policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- CPA CMA or equivalent professional certification a plus.
- Proven experience in cost accounting and financial analysis ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency working with an ERP system (Infor Syteline a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Communication Skills; both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the US
