Position Summary:
The Mold Maker is responsible for building revising and maintaining Entegris and Customerowned molds tooling and fixtures by performing machining and mechanical processes methods and techniques. With proven performancee the opportunities to grow into a larger or different role exist. Providing additional support to the production teams as well as helping cover oncall situations can be available.
Hours for this role will be 1:3011:30 pm 4 days/week or 1:309:30 pm 5 days/week with overtime opportunities. and shift differential
Responsibilities:
Building new molds along with mold inserts for existing tooling.
Ability to repair to allow quick turnaround with issues as they arise within the competency level.
Maintains current and appropriate documentation in mold files. Completes all jobrelated documentation.
Operates Tool Room equipment at a high level of competency (CNC Mills CNC EDMs and CNC Lathes to level of operation to proficient competency).
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to mold cycling mold function in the press miscellaneous tooling and fixtures as required.
Completes miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the larger organization and production goals.
Assembles production molds cleans molds following standard procedures and reassembles such as .
Completes other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
2year degree in moldmaking or completion of qualified apprenticeship program
35 years previous experience with mold making
Ability to demonstrate problem solving and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and understand work instructions and perform math computations and computer data entry.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand during entire shift.
Ability to perform repetitive pushing and sliding of mold plates and mold inserts.
Periodically this position requires repetitive hand wrist and grasping of objects with fingers for extended periods of time.
Ability to visually detect quality defects.

Compensation: $29.00$40.00 hourly range with actual pay dependent on the candidates overall skills for the role
10 Shift Differential: for 2nd shift
$3000 Signon bonus (pretax) (if applicable)
