- Install motorized and nonmotorized shades drapes and window treatments in residential and commercial properties ensuring each installation meets our high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Carefully follow installation guidelines and ensure all components wiring and connections are properly set up for smooth functional operation.
- Test troubleshoot and adjust motorized shade systems to ensure everything is operating correctly before leaving the job site.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Maintain a clean organized work area on every job site respecting clients homes and properties.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by completing installations efficiently and professionally and answering any questions about operation when needed.
- Proven experience in installing motorized window treatments such as shades drapes blinds or similar products.
- A strong understanding of basic electrical systems involved in motorized shade installations with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues on the spot.
- Exceptional attention to detail ensuring all work is done correctly the first time every time.
- Good communication skills to interact with both clients and team members and ensure a clear understanding of the work being done.
- Ability to work independently or on a team and manage your time effectively to complete installations on schedule.
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation as youll be traveling to different job sites each day.
