The City is looking for an effective organized and team oriented professional Capital Project Engineer to manage capital projects from design through construction and play a major role in the development of a thriving diverse community.
NOTE: This position will remain open until filled.
What will you do in this position
- Manage the design development and completion of public works capital projects by working and collaborating with private consultants
- Manage construction projects including the design construction engineering rightofway utilities and roadway
- Develops project objectives work scope cost estimates and schedules
- Review and facilitate the review of engineering design and analysis
A successful candidate in this position will:
- Work together with the Bothell Community and Departments to cultivate strong and successful partnerships.
- Effectively evaluate and prioritize various tasks projects and demands.
- Openly receive new ideas and other perspectives.
- Ensure clear and efficient communication of information and ideas through diverse communication channels.
