A Glance at What You Will Do
- Deliver food orders and beverages to guests rooms.
- Set IRD tables/food trays according to event type and service standards.
- Perform minibar refilling/charges according to procedures.
- Answer questions on menu selections.
- Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions wait times recook orders and product availability.
- Relay additional meal requirements allergies dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen.
- Record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of order.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverage.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas china glass etc. throughout the day.
- Complete opening & closing duties including restocking items and turning off lights.
- Present physical and accurate checks to guests and process payments.
- Anticipate and address guests service needs.
- Communicate with clear and professional language.
- Support the team to reach common goals.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
